Description
For the past two months, public volunteers have helped The MAAK x Picnic sew community-scale picnic blankets. For the PARTY, they rolled them out for a day of food, music, and playful interventions. The public was invited to 'just bring your own sandwich fillings, drinks, and cushions to help re-imagine the street!'
This project started as a passion for people and a skill worth sharing, every step that followed was influenced by the public and neighbouring creatives altering the streetscape.
